Refund and Exchange policy

At Grain Frame, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 Days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Custom-made or customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Once your return is approved, our team will arrange pickup from your location.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
• Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged / Defective Items

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please share photos/video within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will replace the product at no additional cost.
